Shipping Policy
At Ayushka Organic, we take care in packing and delivering every order safely. We aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience from the moment you place your order until it reaches your doorstep.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation and payment. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day. During high-demand periods, promotional sales, festivals or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Across India
We currently deliver to most serviceable locations across India. Estimated delivery timelines are:
- Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
- Remote Locations: 5–10 business days
These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on delivery location, courier availability, weather, public holidays, transportation disruptions and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before purchase. Ayushka Organic may offer free shipping on eligible orders, free shipping above a specified order value or promotional shipping offers. Such offers may change from time to time.
Order Tracking
Once an order has been dispatched, tracking details may be shared through email, SMS, WhatsApp or another available communication method. Please allow some time after dispatch for tracking information to become active.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including full name, mobile number, house or flat number, street or area, city, state and PIN code. Ayushka Organic will not be responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Delivery Delays
Delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by extreme weather, natural disasters, public holidays, local restrictions, transportation disruptions or courier operational delays.
International Shipping
International shipping availability may vary. Any applicable international shipping terms, delivery timelines, duties, taxes, customs requirements or restrictions will be communicated separately when international sales are officially enabled.
Delivery Failure & Return to Origin Policy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information. A delivery may fail because of an incorrect address, incorrect PIN code, incorrect mobile number, customer unavailability, refusal of delivery, an unserviceable address or other delivery-related issues.
Return to Origin
If a shipment cannot be delivered, it may be returned to Ayushka Organic. Where applicable and legally permitted, shipping or handling costs associated with a failed delivery may be considered while resolving an eligible refund request.
